The Project Involves Resurfacing Various County And Township Roads With Item 441 Asphalt Concrete According To Allen County Specifications. The Resurfacing Will Consist Of An Average Thickness Of 1-1/2 Asphalt Concrete To Match The Width Of The Existing Pavement. Item 407 Tack Coat Will Be Applied To The Existing Pavement Before Resurfacing. Approximately 16.06 Miles Will Be Resurfaced, With 12.99 Miles Designated As The County Roads Resurfacing 2026 Opwc Project. The Project Also Includes 33,775 Square Yards Of Asphalt Planing And 60 Butt Joints At Various Project Termini And Intersections. All Roads Listed In The Project Require Flaggers. The Board of Commissioners, Allen County, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or to waive any irregularities pursuant to Section 9.31 of the Revised Code.
