Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Owner invites sealed Bidder's Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows: Construction of seven (7) meter stations and one (1) chemical feed building located in City of Naperville, United City of Yorkville, Village of Montgomery, Village of Oswego, Oswego Township, Bristol Township, Kendall Township, Wheatland Township, Kendall County, and Will County. Work generally includes, but is not limited to, 16-, 20-, and 24-inch diameter water main construction (open-cut), connections to adjacent contracts, meter station building construction (structural, architectural, piping, electrical, and controls), removal, relocation, and replacement of existing underground utilities, roadway reconstruction and paving, traffic control, landscape restoration, storm water pollution control and erosion control, and testing. The Work shall be performed at properties owned by Village of Montgomery, Village of Oswego, United City of Yorkville, and DuPage Water Commission. At least one person employed by each Bidder must attend the pre-bid conference, either in person or virtually, or the proposal will be rejected.
