Provide HVAC repair and emergency repair services for geothermal furnaces serving staff housing quarters at Rosebud IHS under a base year with four option years, firm-fixed-price, non-personal services arrangement. Work includes performing repairs and emergency repairs in accordance with the Statement of Work upon request of the Contracting Officer's Representative, servicing all required parts as specified, and maintaining 24-hour availability for emergency calls. For emergency situations, the contractor must be able to be on site within four hours. Services are intended to support comfortable living conditions for staff so they can perform their duties effectively. The contractor is responsible for performing all required duties when requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative, attending meetings or conference calls as scheduled to address performance and coordination matters, promptly communicating any delays or downtime due to equipment failure, and billing compensation at a fixed rate for all services. The contractor must report all repairs to the Contracting Officer's Representative or designee and provide written reports of work performed via email. No Government-furnished property, equipment, or information will be provided. The period of performance includes a base year from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with four option years extending through July 31, 2031.
