Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide and install 60 mil Scrim Reinforce Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing Membrane at the Chatham County Records Center, 4225 Augusta Rd Garden City 31408. The building is approximately 40,800 square feet. Questions Due Date: Jun 11th 2026, 5:00 PM EDT Direct any questions related to this ITB to Felix Espada Jr, Procurement Specialist, and submit all questions through the Countys procurement portal A. Upper Roof 1. Remove all the rock pebbles off the roof and recoat with TPO. B. Parapet Wall 1. Replace all damaged wood siding to inside wall 2. TPO must terminate over the cap of the wall 3. Replace all damaged wood siding to exterior wall 4. Install Standing Seam (Snap Lock) metal (24 gauge) over exterior wall 5. Install cap on top of parapet wall 6. Install metal flashing as need to ensure no water intrusion between parapet wall and lower roof. C. Lower Roof 1. Removal of all asphalt shingles and membrane 2. Replace any damaged decking (tongue and groove) 3. Repair damaged support beams o Install beams of the same dismission on each side of existing beam o Thru bolt using galvanized carriage bolts (Min. %"), nuts and lock washers not greater then 14" apart in a stagger formation. 4. Install metal underlining 5. Install standing seam Snap Lock metal sheeting (24 gauge) D. Gutters & Downspouts 1. Replace gutters and downspouts at rear of building where work is performed. 2. Replace damaged gutters in front of the building 3. Replace and repair damaged downspouts in front of building.
