The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to replace boiler feed lines, condensate lines, and associated valves, piping, and related materials within Building 2. The work includes demolition and removal of existing piping systems, insulation, valves, and other materials associated with the affected systems, followed by installation of new components in accordance with the specifications and statement of work. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Location: Fort Wayne Northern Indiana Health Care System Campus, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
