Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call civil work for a water pump station.

The project includes all labor, material, and services necessary for the Richards Well Field Expansion - Wells 11 and 12. The project consists of providing two water wells and associated site improvements, electrical improvements, and yard piping. Note : A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, May 26 2026, at 1:00 pm, local time, at 2030 Stoneridge Drive, Circleville, Ohio 43113.
