Renovation of a parking garage in Mio, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services needed for the replacement of the salt storage buildings three exhaust fans and installing an occupancy sensor to run the fans. Contractor is to include all applicable State Building Codes (current edition), manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and as directed by the MDOT Project manager to complete the work. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should only submit a maximum of two attachments (each less than 25 MB) for bid responses. One attachment should be the bid documents (Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.), and if applicable, the other should be Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information. Submissions after the deadline will not be accepted by the system. If issues or questions arise regarding electronic submission, contact the SIGMA Help Desk prior to the deadline. Bid responses should not be emailed to the Project Director. If requested by contract specialists, emailed submissions will require approval and must be received prior to the deadline to be considered. Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
