Sealed proposals are requested for the following work: approximately 16,500 square yards of bituminous single sealcoat at various locations on multiple township roads, and approximately 2,000 square yards of bituminous double seal coat on Hutchison Road. Work must be completed by September 15, 2026. Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by the municipality, which are available via email. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract value is required from the successful bidder within 20 days of contract award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
