Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Yoncalla, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
This project is for the roof of the Boswell Maintenance Station Storage Building. The resulting contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing wage rates, in accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $100,000 to $250,000 The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for Boswell Springs MS Storage Building Roof Replacement (the "Project") for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT") (the "Contract"). The work to be performed under the Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The work, includes, but is not limited to: Base bid and Add/Alt 1 bid. Base bid is the removal and disposal of existing roof, insulation, gutters, and installation of new insulation, standing seam metal roof, gutters, and metal ceiling tiles in wash bay area. Add/Alt 1 bid is the deletion of insulation. and addition of vapor barrier and plywood roof sheathing Question Deadline 06/02/2026 Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for approval of equivalents, and questions 7 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date identified in online for this ITB. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
