Walla Walla County solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Real Estate Acquisition Services for an agreement of approximately twenty-four months. The work consists of preparing appraisals, appraisal review, negotiation and acquisition of real property for the following projects: Paxton Bridge, Scenic Loop Bridge, and Cottonwood Road MP 1.14 Intersection Improvements at Powerline Road. Procurement of Right-of-Way parcels and Temporary Construction Easements will be needed on all of the projects.
