Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

WESCOM and the City of Walla Walla invite proposals from qualified, licensed, and responsible firms interested in providing comprehensive architectural and engineering design and cost estimating for the renovation of the technology services building on the campus of Walla Walla Community College to house the new Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for Walla Walla County (WESCOM), and the Walla Walla County Emergency Management Department. Firms seeking consideration must submit a complete proposal electronically as a single PDF and five paper copies in a sealed submission, clearly marked as specified, by the deadline. Work performed under the contract will be on a time and materials basis with a negotiated not-to-exceed amount. All inquiries regarding the RFP should be sent via email to the primary contact of this proposal.
