This sources sought announcement is issued for market research purposes only to assess the availability and capability of small businesses to perform a potential construction requirement. The work consists of demolishing an existing connecting corridor structure that has exceeded its useful life and is no longer suitable for future facility plans. The project includes complete demolition of the corridor, restoration or repair of exterior building features impacted by the demolition, and relocation of all active utilities currently located beneath the corridor into new below-grade trenches. Following demolition and utility relocation, new sidewalks, staircases, ramps, and limited landscaping will be constructed where indicated. Draft statements of work, drawings, and specifications are provided for review and are subject to change. The anticipated period of performance is 365 calendar days from notice to proceed, with an estimated project magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
