This maintenance project consists of removing and hauling up to 887 cubic yards of sand and gravel from the water system intake reservoir located at the end of Mill Creek Road, at the Mill Creek Watershed drinking water intake located in Oregon. Bids must be submitted sealed and plainly marked. The contractor is subject to all requirements related to EEO and Oregon/Washington State Contracting Laws. Contract time for all work is five working days in stream. To become an eligible bidder, bidders must use QUESTCDN and purchase a copy of the contract documents. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid amount. Only properly executed bids on the form furnished by the City will be accepted. Award will be based on the total bid. Bids may be accepted, rejected, or defects waived at the discretion of the City Council.
