Renovation of a military facility in Walla Walla, Washington. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Supply, install, and commission new ductless heat pump systems for the Tech Section Office Building at Lower Monumental Lock & Dam. The work includes removing and properly disposing of the existing outdoor condenser units, line sets, wire whips, and mounting pads in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The existing indoor air handlers will remain in place to provide ventilation and emergency backup heat, but all refrigerant must be evacuated and the associated line sets capped. Existing drain lines and electrical wiring must be adapted, modified, or upgraded as necessary to ensure correct and complete connection of the new systems at no additional cost to the government. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
