The City of Pasco (City), Washington, (City) of Public Works - CIP Engineering is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services for the design of the South Road 68 Pavement Preservation (Federal Aid No. NHPP3515(011)) funded through the 2025 National Highway System (NHS) Asset Management Program. There is no pre-proposal meeting for this project. Applicants are free to visit the site themselves in preparation for the SOQ, City staff will not be available for the potential site visit. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all submissions and factors involved make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Pasco. The project has a Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) goal of 0%. It does have a ten percent (10%) voluntary Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal . Continuous outreach to include FSBE and SBE firms is required. If FSBE and SBE firms are used a Commercial Useful Functions (CUF) review on firms is expected and reporting of payments in the DMCS system is required.
