Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Pasco, Washington. Working plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

Bid is cancelled. The Port of Pasco requests proposals to furnish labor, equipment, and material for the T-179 Building Re-Roof project. Bids must be submitted by mail or by hand. Contractors must be on the Port’s Small Works Roster to be eligible for bidding. The successful bidder will be the lowest responsible bidder or the bid judged to be in the best interest of the Port of Pasco. The successful bidder shall execute the Agreement and provide required bonds and proof of insurance within 10 days after receiving the Notice of Award. Work must begin within 10 days after contract execution and be completed within 45 calendar days. A pre-bid meeting and project site walk-through will be held at the specified location and time.
