Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Homer, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Request for proposals from qualified engineering firms to design repairs at the Homer Municipal Airport for water damage caused by a water main break. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to prepare planning, design, and bid documents for the repair and reconstruction of the Airport Terminal Building. The scope includes preparing 65%, 95%, and 100% bid documents, obtaining environmental and regulatory permits, bidding assistance, construction contract management, inspection services, and project close-out. All reconstructed areas must meet current ADA compliance standards. A structural damage survey and Ground Penetrating Radar Survey have already been completed.
