The work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals necessary to repair and replace the main distribution and branch panel boards in Building 6002. This is a construction-only effort. The contractor shall perform a site investigation to verify existing conditions and shall be responsible for identifying and providing all logistical, architectural, and structural elements required to deliver complete, fully operational electrical systems, including any assemblies or components not explicitly shown in the project drawings, specifications, or statement of work. Government-provided information such as floor plans, dimensions, structural, mechanical, electrical data, and utility locations is approximate and must be field verified by the contractor. The project does not require work on flight lines, runways, taxiways, parking ramps, aircraft hangars, or maintenance areas; however, all contractor personnel must complete foreign object debris awareness training in accordance with applicable installation instructions. The requirement does not include controlled unclassified information residing on or transiting through contractor or subcontractor systems. Attendance at the scheduled site visit is mandatory to be eligible to submit a proposal, and contractors must submit required entry authorization information by the stated deadline in order to receive site visit details and access to order documents.
