Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Marysville, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and fire / police facility.

The City of Marysville has the need to have a C-10 Glazing Contractor to oversee the Window Replacement Project for the Marysville City Hall and The Marysville Police Department. The city will choose the most qualified consultant, firm or company with capabilities in all areas. Project Scope: WINDOWS - Remove and Replace existing windows at City Hall and the Police Department with retrofit window units. Existing exterior frames shall remain in place. Contractor shall protect surrounding wall finishes during installation. New Retrofit windows shall be Milgard Tuscany Series V400, or City-approved equivalent, meeting the minimum specifications for glass, energy performance, and finishes as indicated in the Technical Specifications. The work includes field verification of all dimensions and quantities, coordination with the City representative to Schedule installation around City and Police Department operations, and proper installation of safety glazing where required by code. Contractor Shall provide two special roof access windows located on the north and south sides requiring casement units with full 90-degree swing as indicated in the drawings.
