The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking proposals to install 14 new HVAC systems for inmate housing at the Holliday Unit in Huntsville, Texas. Question Deadline 06/04/2026 at 3:00 PM CT Location : online portal Pre-Bid Conference No Pre-Bid Conference Data Found Installation of 14 new 35-ton air handlers with cooling capacity where heat only units are installed now. Work includes removal of the existing units, removal of electrical wiring back to the emergency panel and installation of new wiring, conduit, and breakers to feed the new HVAC units. Startup by factory trained technician and factory training of unit maintenance personnel is included. New units will be built to fit existing duct locations and to mirror each other as existing units do. Verify proper air flow and cooling when startup is complete.
