Reference Number 0000424711 Questions are submitted online No The work consists generally of the following: Cleaning and removal of all sludge, solids, liquids, hair, plastics, trash, organic and inorganic material, and leakage, all within three (3) Primary Digesters and one (1) Secondary Digester, all located at the Hale Avenue Wastewater Plant. Onsite dewatering of removed contents. Legal disposal of dewatered solids. High pressure hose nozzle and broom cleaning of interior Digester walls,floors, ceilings, covers, piping, valves, draft tubes, and materials inside the Digesters.Cleaning, inspection, and testing of Gas Diffusers and associated Gas Diffuser piping for each of four (4) Digesters. Upon inspection following cleaning, City may direct Contractor to perform additional work such as repairs or installation at the Digesters or Gas Diffusers.
