Replacement of Morgan Pellowski Playground at Colonial Park, Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey, Contract No. 26010. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the contract name and number, and bearing the name and address of the bidder. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder's contract. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
