The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Install specified vehicular traffic coating system and all required surface preparation to existing raised concrete parking structure deck. Provide 10 yr manufacturer warranty. Concrete structure estimated at roughly 10,500 SF. Project includes but not limited to the following: Remove and re-install existing parking wheel stops (replace damaged ones) Repair damaged, loose or spawling sections of concrete in preparation for coating system Grind/scarify vertical offsets as needed to remove hazards Install specified vehicular traffic coating system per mfg. detail and scope attached Provide alternate pricing #1 for restriping of parking lot upon project completion Provide alternate pricing #2 for power washing of underside of existing concrete structure to remove efflorescence/stalactite after completion of coating system. Estimated Project Duration: 30 Days The County of Calaveras reserves the right to: o Reject any or all bids. o Waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid process. o Award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder A bid bond is required for this project in the amount of 10%. Failure to submit a valid bid bond with the bid will result in disqualification. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract value, upon signing the contract.
