The Department of National Defence, Base Construction Engineering (BCE), requires the inspection and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at various locations at Canadian Forces Base Kingston, Ontario, in accordance with the Statement of Work detailed in Annex A. The contract will be for three years with two option years. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criterion; failure to do so will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required in order to submit an offer. All required supporting documentation and bid submissions must be made via Ariba by the specified deadline. Any technical questions must be addressed via SAP Ariba.
