Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Okatie, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

Beaufort County, South Carolina is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design services for the development of a new Sheriff’s Office Bloodhound Kennel Facility. The selected firm will provide architectural and engineering (A/E) design services. Construction will be procured separately by the County. This is for design services only; construction and design-build services are not included in this solicitation. The facility will be located at the Beaufort County Animal Shelter Campus, 10 Pritcher Point Road, Okatie, South Carolina 29909. The current bloodhound kennels are obsolete and must be replaced, and the existing site is required for future County use.
