Angleton JHS 1) Dampproof exiting pool, infill with Geofoam and top with concrete slab. 2) Demo and replace restrooms including; walls ceilings, painting, partitions/accessories, plumbing fixtures, lighting /controls, and relocate fire alarm devices. 3) Demo/replace TDI door assemblies, HM painting, and access control. 4) Paint interior corridors. 5) Demo and replace exterior building sealants, sidewalk and paving sealants. 6) Replace damaged split face CMU building faced. Northside ES 1) Demo/replace restroom including; walls ceilings, painting, partitions /accessories, plumbing fixtures, lighting /controls and relocate fire alarm devices. 2) Repaint CMU Gym walls and replace wall pads. 3) Replace HVAC diffusers in kitchen. Southside ES 1) Demo exterior basketball goals and restripe concrete plaza. 2) Replace (3) each library storefront windows. 3) Replace (2) each acoustical ceilings.
