Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Howard Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,124-square-foot water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes construction of a new groundwater treatment plant including control space, storage area, aerator, detention tank, concrete filters, clearwell, reclaim tank, chemical feed, associated equipment, and appurtenances; demolition of existing buildings; furnishing and installing new power distribution and generation equipment, electrical systems, process controls, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems; and various other trades associated with the work above including HVAC, plumbing electrical controls, painting and coating systems, and civil site improvements.
