Site work for a water / sewer project in Monticello, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves approximately 500 LF of stream restoration and 215 LF retaining wall replacement within the City of Monticello. The work includes grading to realign the stream, retaining wall removal, proposed PCC and block retaining walls, flexamat, and installation of erosion control features. Site 1 is located between 540 N. Chestnut St and 608 N. Chestnut St. Site 2 is located mostly behind homes 516 N. Cedar St to 532 N. Cedar St. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the QuestCDN VirtuBid system. No alternate electronic bid submittals or paper bids will be accepted.
