Each schedule includes abandoning existing asbestos concrete (AC) and PVC waterlines, installing new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) waterlines of various diameters, relocating mailboxes, performing full-lane grind and repave, and applying yellow centerline paint. Some schedules require horizontal directional drilling and reconnection of water services to existing lines. Work includes water meter reconnects, fire hydrant installations, water valves, blowoffs, tie-ins, and road restoration. The total project involves approximately 15,000 linear feet of waterline replacement in Waldport and San Marine, Lincoln, OR. Each project schedule has a separate bid form; refer to specific sections and volumes for award basis, engineering drawings, and additional information.
