Installation of the exterior fencing around the Cibola National Forest and National Grassland Kiowa Rita Blanca Admin site, including installation of a vehicle gate. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Base: Reconfigure existing Equipment yard including installation and removal of 280 ft of existing fence with single strand barbed wire atop of a six-foot-high chain link security fence. Installation of one vehicle gate that will be located on the West side of Equipment yard (admin site). Gate will be a manual operating gate that swings into the admin site and will be secured by a pad lock. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all personal, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to install the exterior fencing the Cibola National Forest and National Grassland Kiowa Rita Blanca Admin site including installation of vehicle gate. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein. Any change in the work schedule shall be submitted for approval in writing within 14 working days to the Contracting Officer prior to commencement for approval. No Changes to the specifications, terms or conditions of this Request for Quotations shall be made without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer. The contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations and obtaining all permits for all work.
