Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Construction of one gravel packed well with foundation; fill line tie-ins to two existing galvanized bolted steel ground storage tanks, removal of an existing generator, one natural gas generator, modifications to existing disinfection equipment; plant piping; electrical instruments and control work including service; protective coatings; site grading and drainage; drainage swales; and hydro-mulch seeding. All questions shall be submitted at online through the question and answer section. Questions will not be considered after 11:00 a.m., three (3) calendar days prior to bidding.
