The work involves the demolition of an existing retaining wall at the Red Cliff Health Clinic. The Contractor shall remove the existing retaining wall, guard rail, and approximately 42 feet of pavement along the perimeter of the existing parking lot. Additional removals include existing pipes, manholes, and catch basins as shown on the plan. After removal, grading and seeding must be completed as specified, followed by construction of new paving, sidewalk, guardrail, and seeding as outlined in the plan set. The Contractor is responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all debris. Bidders are instructed to submit two sealed hard copy proposals with Bid Schedule A marked "Red Cliff Health Clinic Retaining Wall Project" to the designated Property and Procurement Officer at the Tribal Administration Building.
