Kentucky State University is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide residence hall cleaning services during the summer turnover period, including student rooms and shared/common areas. The scope includes cleaning, sanitation, debris removal, and preparation of residence halls for student occupancy. The Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to clean residence hall rooms and designated shared spaces, such as hallways, lounges, restrooms, and other common areas. Bidders are strongly encouraged to conduct site visits to verify existing conditions, measurements, and access requirements. Each bidder is requested to submit its most competitive offer, demonstrating capability to meet the University's requirements and to review all existing conditions and any factors that may affect the cost or performance of the services.
