Site work for a water / sewer project in North East, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of installing approximately 590 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron waterline, installing and reconnecting water service lines, restoration work, and replacing a storm water inlet. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total bid price in accordance with the provisions of the instructions to bidders. Bidders must be on record at the issuing office as an official plan holder, and addenda, if any, will be issued only to those who have purchased a full set of contract documents. Contractors must comply with the prevailing wage rate determinations and Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Provisions as specified in the contract documents. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty calendar days after the date of opening. North East Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any item or combination of items contained in any bid, and to waive any irregularities in conjunction therewith.
