The scope of work is to furnish, deliver, and install replacement courtesy docks at the North East Community Marina located on Lake Erie in North East, Pennsylvania. The proposed dock system must be a commercial-grade floating dock system, capable of accommodating plumbing and electrical raceways, supporting electric and water pedestals, and designed for use in Lake Erie and similar northern freshwater environments. It must withstand freeze-thaw cycles, ice conditions, wave action, and fluctuating water levels. The system should remain in the water year-round or include documentation supporting winter removal requirements. The docks must feature corrosion-resistant framing, flotation, hardware, and connection systems, provide stable ADA-supportive public access, have non-slip, weatherproof decking surfaces, rub rails, corner protection, and all necessary connection hardware. The new dock system must be compatible with the existing marina infrastructure and piling configurations, include manufacturer warranty information, and be manufactured in the USA. Vendors are required to describe their ability to provide matching dock systems for future phased marina-wide dock replacement projects.
