The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to fabricate, deliver, and install prefabricated concrete graveliners on an as-needed basis. Work includes the complete fabrication, delivery, unloading, placement, setting, covering, uncovering, recapping, and lowering of Style I concrete grave liners (box with separate lid) in strict accordance with GSA Commercial Item Description A-A-30194, dated July 26, 1993. Graveliners shall meet all specified material, dimensional, reinforcement, curing, strength, workmanship, marking, inspection, and performance requirements, including functional load testing standards. Services include coordination with cemetery staff, delivery no later than one hour prior to scheduled interments, installation at least 30 minutes prior to services, secure placement following casket lowering, and installation of second liners for double-depth interments when required. The contractor must maintain adequate staffing, equipment, and proximity to excavation crews to support daily burial operations without disruption, perform work during weekdays, weekends, and federal holidays as scheduled, comply with OSHA, DOT, and cemetery safety, conduct, and access requirements, protect gravesites and surrounding features, clean affected roadways and work areas daily, and correct any damage caused by contractor operations at no additional cost.
