The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project in full accordance with the approved Site Plan, project specifications, general notes, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The pickleball courts shall be laid out and constructed to meet or exceed current national pickleball court standards, including recognized dimensional, orientation, surface, fencing, net, and lighting requirements. The project includes complete site preparation; saw cutting and selective demolition of existing sidewalk; removal of existing electrical equipment; construction of court foundations; asphalt surfacing; acrylic color coating; installation of perimeter fencing and individual court enclosures; net systems; and a fully functional LED sports lighting system, including new electrical service and tie-in.
