A. The Work is located in Meigs County, Ohio. B. The total Project described by the Contract Documents consists of the following Contracts Contract A: Waterline Replacement (sheets 8-35 of the Drawings) Contract B: Water Tank Rehabilitation (sheet 36 of the Drawings) Contract C: Water Treatment Plant Improvements (sheet 37-41 of the Drawings) Contract D: Well Upgrades (sheet 41-44 of the Drawings) The current negotiated goal for construction related activitiesis 5.4% (the total goal is based on 3.1% of MBEs and 2.3% of WBEs participation). Bidder shall submit questions to Engineer in writing via email. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project involves construction improvements for the Village of Pomeroy, consisting of lead service line replacement, work on the Breezy Heights tank, waterline replacement, and water treatment plant upgrades. United Painting Co., Inc. was awarded their contract starting July 13, 2026. Contract C Water Treatment Plant Improvements: Mechanical Construction Company was awarded their contract starting July 13, 2026. Contract D Well Upgrades: Moody’s of Dayton, Inc. was awarded their contract starting July 13, 2026 Bid REsults:- Contract A Waterline Replacement: Dunlap Contracting, LLC $ 1,765,582.
