Renovation of a military facility in Dayton, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Repair of multiple sinkholes located throughout the campus, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete new construction work in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work includes conducting a thorough assessment at fourteen sinkhole sites; identifying and marking all underground utilities; implementing site-specific traffic control and safety measures; excavating to access underlying structures; cutting pavement as required; replacing catch basins, storm drains, and drainpipes as necessary; jetting and camera inspection and cleaning of storm lines; restoring disturbed areas by repaving or surface restoration, including landscaping and seeding as applicable; and collecting and removing all debris to leave each site clean and in excellent condition. All work shall be closely coordinated with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative and performed in full compliance with the project Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings. The estimated period of performance is 120 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
