Description

The services consist of removing sediment and debris from approximately 216 storm drain inlets (catch basins) equipped with trash capture devices in various locations throughout the City. The contractor will provide these services twice each fiscal year starting on July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2029. The City reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of catch basins to be serviced, and the same unit pricing will apply. The contractor shall possess a Class A license prior to submitting a bid. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work. Contractors must be fully familiar with all instructions, provisions, conditions, and specifications in the bid documents and must meet the requirements of the attached sample contract. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and are required to furnish electronic certified payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner.
