Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chaska, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a municipal facility; municipal facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the work consists of the demolition of the existing plaza and parking lot areas, and construction of a new plaza area that consists of concrete and paver walks, hydronic heating system, parking lot improvements, pedestrian and parking lot lighting, landscaping, site furnishings, retaining walls, and restoration, generally consisting of the following quantities: 1,000 LF of 6" PVC Draintile 1,200 TN of Aggregate Base 5,500 SF of Concrete Walk 10,700 SF of Heated Concrete Walk 6,700 SF of Heated Clay Pavers 400 TN of Bituminous Course Mixtures 850 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter Gas Boilers and Mechanical Room Construction 2 EA of Condensing Unit Installation/Relocation Monument Sign and Foundation Masonry Columns and Rail Assemblies Masonry Seat Wall and Retaining Walls Shade Structure, Tables, and Other Site Furnishings Parking Lot and Plaza Lighting Accessory and Site Improvements, Conduit and Electrical Trees and Shrub Plantings Irrigation Question Deadline 06/04/2026 Direct inquiries to Engineer's Project Manager, Eric Lembke, at (612) 712-2079 and Eric.Lembke@stantec.com Pre-Bid Meeting - Opportunities to tour the project site and ask further questions will follow the meeting .
