Description

The scope of work consists of supplying four (4) sluice gates along with shop drawing submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, installation checks, field testing, and onsite training. Bidders are required to submit all eligible bids online through QuestCDN VirtuBid following the instructions provided. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com, and only those on the Planholder list through QuestCDN will have their bids accepted. Contractors must register and purchase the digital contract documents from QuestCDN to become Planholders. The Joint Powers Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding. Any bid received after the specified time or without the required Bid Guaranty will not be considered.
