Site work for a water / sewer project in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the removal of the existing septic tank, installation of a grinder pump package with associated electrical work, installation of 1.25” HDPE with 2” HDPE cased bore, connection to the existing manhole, and restoration of all disturbed surfacing. Bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope marked “BID ENCLOSED, NATRONA CO. WEED AND PEST SANITARY SEWER” to the designated address before the specified time. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond or cashier’s check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder is required to execute an Agreement in the form supplied in the bidding documents within thirty days after the Notice of Award is issued. The Bid Guaranty may be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to execute the Agreement or provide proper Bond or other approved Guaranty within this timeframe. Only Bid Bonds executed by a surety or guarantee company authorized to operate in Wyoming will be accepted. Preference will be given to Wyoming contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and locally produced, supplied, or manufactured materials, equipment, and provisions as required by law.
