Site work and paving for a road / highway in Washougal, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Separate sealed bids are requested for paving improvements, including pavement milling and inlay/overlay, preparation of existing subgrade for asphalt pavement construction, utility adjustments and modifications, pavement striping, and ADA ramp retrofits. Bids must be fully completed as specified in the instructions and submitted with a bid bond for no less than five percent of the bid amount. Successful bidders must enter into a contract and provide a satisfactory performance bond. Minimum wage rates as required by the State of Washington must be observed. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin in award consideration. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. No bid may be withdrawn or modified after the bid opening for thirty days.
