Reference Number 0000425166 The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified Respondents to provide hydrogeological consultants capable of performing water supply consulting services on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. The City of Brighton by and through its Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting Proposals from qualified Respondents to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials as necessary for Hydrogeological Consulting Services stated herein this Request for Proposal. The City of Brighton Utilities Department ("Department") provides water, wastewater, and storm drainage utility services for residents of the City of Brighton, Colorado ("City"). The Department is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and replacement of its water supply (groundwater) infrastructure. The Department employs professional engineering staff, including licensed professional engineers, and has in-house design capabilities. However, due to various circumstances, the Department supplements its internal resources through the use of third-party, qualified hydrogeological consultants to perform design and consulting services on an as-needed basis.
