Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Millcreek, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of May 28, 2026, this project has been delayed and will bid at a later date. The work consists of point repairs at 8 locations, mobilizations, bypass pumping, permits, and traffic control. All work is located within the District's service area. All work must be completed by October 31, 2026. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to Mt. Olympus Improvement District as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of worker's compensation insurance, and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price. Any contractor who has not worked in the District within the last 5 years may be required to submit documentation including experience and references for at least 3 projects of similar scope and size completed within the last 5 years. The work will be awarded based on experience, references, availability, and cost. A waiting period of 30 calendar days from the date of opening of bids to award of contract may be required. Bidders shall guarantee the bid price during this period and ensure the time period is stated in the proposal guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive an informality in a bid, and make awards in the interest of the Owner.
