Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Millcreek, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The RTU Replacement project will be occurring the same time of the Re-Roofing project. Roofing Contractor to coordinate and schedule with RTU Replacement contractor for removal and installation equipment to avoid patch and repair of new roof and curb flashing installation multiple times. The project shall be performed in phases, with one phase completed and operational before moving to next phase. The Phasing Plan shall be coordinated with the Owner. Remove and replace roof waterproofing system at Holladay Lions Recreation Center. Work to be coordinated with separate RTU replacement project happening concurrently. Question Deadline 04/08/2026 at 1:00 PM MT Online Portal Architect will review each RFI, determine action required, and respond. Allow seven days for Architect's response for each RFI. RFIs received by Architect after 1:00 p.m. will be considered as received the following working day. Intent to Bid by Apr 15, 2026 1:00 PM MDT.
