Mount Olympus Improvement District (M.T.O.I.D) Office Remodel Gramoll Construction has been invited to submit a bid for the Mount Olympus Improvement District office remodel project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Interior remodel of approximately 3,000 SF of level 1 and 2 of the existing Building A at Mt. Olympus Improvement District Office. This includes remodel of the existing locker and shower room, training, office and break room spaces. Gramoll is requesting proposals for Demolition, Concrete, Framing, Millwork, Insulation, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glazing, Framing, Drywall, Flooring, Ceramic Tile, Ceiling Tile, Painting, Specialties, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Gramoll Construction was not the successful bidder.
