Separate sealed bids are requested for the Historical Society and Meeting House Exterior Painting Project. The work involves the preparation, removal, and replacement of any deteriorating siding, trim, or window frames and painting of the exteriors of both the Colchester Historical Society and Meeting House located at 828 and 830 Main St., Colchester, VT. Bid and contract documents are available online. Prospective bidders may arrange for an optional pre-bid site visit. All questions regarding the bid must be submitted by the stated deadline. Bidders are required to notify the designated contact of their intent to bid in order to be placed on the Bidders List. If email is not acceptable for receiving information, an alternate means of contact must be provided. For the full bid package and to schedule a site visit, instructions are given to email the designated contact.
