The Board of Creek County Commissioners will receive sealed written bids for the purchase and installation of 8 overhead doors for the Milfay Volunteer Fire Department. An affidavit of non-collusion and specifications may be obtained from the Creek County Clerk's Office, 317 E Lee, Suite 100, Sapulpa, Oklahoma 74066. Bids must be marked "Overhead Doors" Bid #26-12 and accompanied with an affidavit of non-collusion. Bids must be received in the Creek County Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 pm Friday June 12, 2026, to be considered eligible. Sealed bids will be opened during the commissioner's meeting Monday June 15, 2026. The Board of Creek County Commissioners on behalf of the Milfay Volunteer Fire Department are requesting sealed bids for the labor & materials for the installation of 8 new commercial overhead doors with automatic openers on the 80' X 100' clear span PEMB currently being erected for the future home of the Milfay Volunteer Fire Department. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to: o Site Preparation: Inspect and verify that existing jambs are plumb and the header/floor are level; perform necessary shimming or adjustments for a weather tight fit in the existing metal building. o Installation: Furnish and install eight (8) new 14' x 14' steel on steel insulated (25g/26g) RAM commercial doors and commercial-grade automatic openers including all hardware and seals required for operation as specified below. o Commissioning: Test all safety sensors, limits, and manual overrides to ensure normal and safe operation.
